Dreaming rebirth of nine dragons in the water
l will continue the work (hat was installed in Dae-chung Ho,
( This work will be accomplished for 5 & 6 years from now on)

Basically, this consists of reeds and iron structure but it would whish with time
Drowned village for development.... legend..., belief in land...
The village Iost their home town.... and We have forget many things.
Now l'll find out a lost legend again.
